Last September my husband's father (a widow) was diagnosed with a terminal illness.  We were instantly faced with not only concern for Dad's health and comfort and our own emotional distress, but also with the pragmatic concern of what to do with his home in Phoenix.
 
Muriel was our salvation!  She had the house rented for us by the beginning of November for the Winter season, buying us time to make some long range plans.  The seasonal lease ended in March. 
 
Muriel met with my brother in law and his wife at that time and helped us determine the next best steps were to put Dad's home up for sale.a
She over saw the cleaning, curb clean-up and staging of the home.
